1. SPONSOR
   This Sweepstakes is sponsored by SoCast Inc., located at 292 Sheppard Ave West, 2nd Floor, Toronto, Ontario M2N 1N5, Canada (the “Sponsor”).


2. ADMINISTRATOR
   The Sweepstakes is administered and fulfilled by SoCast Digital, a division of SoCast Inc. (the “Administrator”).

SoCast Digital is a brand name and operating division of SoCast Inc.

1. SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES
   For purposes of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, the “Sweepstakes Entities” include the Sponsor, the Administrator, participating broadcasters, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives.


2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
   The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the applicable contest announcement (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Administrator’s computer system shall be the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.


3. ELIGIBILITY
   The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a valid U.S. mailing address (P.O. Boxes not permitted).

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sweepstakes Entities, and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouses, and children) and household members, are not eligible.

1. HOW TO ENTER
   Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

To enter:
(a) Create a free registered account on a participating broadcaster website or platform; and
(b) Visit the Sweepstakes entry page identified in the contest announcement and complete the entry form with all required information.

No purchase is required. Any points or engagement mechanisms must be earned through free, non-purchase methods.

1. AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT HOLDER
   In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any entrant, the authorized account holder of the account or email address used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the entrant. Proof of identity may be required.


2. PRIZE
   One (1) prize will be awarded per Sweepstakes Period. The prize consists of a cash award in the amount specified in the contest announcement.

The Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and may be required to complete a W-9 tax form.

1. WINNER SELECTION
   One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.


2. NOTIFICATION AND DELIVERY
   The potential winner will be notified within approximately ten (10) business days following the draw, or such longer period as may be reasonably required for verification and administration, not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days.

Failure to respond within three (3) days of notification, at the Sponsor’s discretion, may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

11. ALTERNATE WINNER SELECTION
    If a selected entrant is determined to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Rules, an alternate entrant may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.


12. ODDS
    Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


13. PUBLICITY
    By accepting the Prize, the winner grants the Sweepstakes Entities permission to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.


14. PERSONAL INFORMATION
    Personal information will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://socastdigital.com/privacy-policy.


15. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Entrants release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the Prize, except where prohibited by law.


16. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND INTEGRITY
    The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for technical failures or errors. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Sweepstakes.


17. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
    The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if integrity is compromised.


18. GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES
    This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the entrant’s state of residence. Disputes shall be resolved individually without class actions.


19. WINNER LIST
    To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period to:
